Our customer support team is the heart of our day to day communications with our Customers. With the Support Team broken down between 1st level and 2nd level while constantly overseen by an Operations Manager, you can rest assured that the Silverstreet team will work tirelessly to ensure that the customer is satisfied and able to continue operating a successful mobile campaign.
While part of the Support Team is working on client cases, a dedicated set of Support Engineers are tasked across all shifts with proactively monitoring route and service performance, platform stability and other critical aspects related to the smooth handling of your SMS. Any issues that are identified get escalated internally within the team so as to ensure that any issues are identified and sorted out as soon as possible.
